As our Chapter reflects on past accomplishments, celebrates our successes and prepares for 2010 goals, I look forward to serving our chapter and meeting the needs of our 757 members.
Our primary goal for 2009 was to enhance networking by increasing attendance at the chapter meetings. Over 30 participated in each of our Category One Programs in Fort Wayne and South Bend on "Healthcare Safety" and "HC Law" with Evaluation Scores averaging 4.7 on a 5.0 scale. 53 executives participated in our "Managed Care and Medical Management" discussion in Feb at St Francis in Indy. 65 executives attended the "Physician Recruiting Challenges" program in May at Methodist in Indy. 92 executives enjoyed the September Awards Dinner and Reception held at the Marten House with MG Rubenstein from the Pentagon. Our largest program to date was made possible by the generous support of Hall Render, Hylant Group, and St Vincent.
One more opportunity exists to participate this year. The key to our success is you. I invite you to become actively engaged and join us for our annual meeting at the Community North Campus on Nov 4th. Our program will be a panel discussion on "Strategic Marketing: Winning the Battle for Markets and Share".
